1. The ice cubes are too thin: If the ice cubes are too thin, they may melt on the ice tray before they are fully formed.

2. Ice tray problems: The ice tray is desoldered, the metal and plastic parts of the ice tray are separated and cracked, or the ice tray is too dirty and needs to be cleaned.

3. Defrost valve problem: The defrost valve is not open, which will affect the shedding of ice cubes.

4. Condensate problem: Too much condensate output will also affect the shedding of ice cubes.

5. Control system failure: Failure of the water temperature probe, leakage of refrigerant liquid, or damage to the solenoid valve and poor closure may all lead to failure to shed ice.

6. Ice making system blockage: Excessive accumulation of ice scale in the ice tray or ice shovel stuck by ice cubes will also cause ice cubes to not fall off normally.

Treatment methods include:

1. Adjust the ice thickness probe to make the ice thicker.

2. Clean the ice tray to ensure that there are no stains or blockages.

3. Check and repair the problem of desoldering or cracking of the ice tray.

4. Adjust the pressure water stop valve to reduce the amount of condensate output.

5. Check and repair the defrost valve to ensure it is working properly.

6. Repair or replace faulty parts of the refrigeration system, ice making system or control system.

7. Clean the ice making system regularly to prevent blockage.

If the above methods do not solve the problem, professional technicians may be required to inspect and repair it. In daily use, the ice maker should be cleaned and maintained regularly to ensure its normal operation.
