01 Automatic defrosting
Generally, freezers will produce frost during the refrigeration process. Direct-cooled frost-free freezers are because the food is directly placed on the evaporator surface for cooling. Usually, multiple evaporators are set up in the freezer. Since its evaporator is the "inner wall of the freezer", it is impossible to set up a defrosting system, so manual defrosting is required. Air-cooled frost-free freezers generally only have one evaporator inside, and then send cold air to various locations in the freezer through fans and air ducts. Since the evaporator is not in direct contact with the food, the evaporator can be heated for a short time through the heating system, and the refrigeration is restored immediately after the frost is melted. The temperature fluctuation in the freezer is very small, which is convenient and will not affect the refrigeration quality of the food.
02 Clean and refreshing
The interior of the freezer is clean and refreshing, unlike the direct-cooled freezer, which is wet everywhere, and the food and the freezer are not clearly attached. This is because the evaporator of the frost-free freezer is separated from the food, and the food will not stick to the evaporator. In addition, the cold air system of the frost-free freezer takes away the excess moisture in the freezer. Without water, there will be no frost, and the food will not freeze together. The cold air of the frost-free freezer is continuously circulated, and after being filtered by the deodorization system, the smell in the freezer remains fresh for a long time, greatly reducing the phenomenon of food odor mixing. The direct cooling freezer does not have this function.
03 Uniform refrigeration
The frost-free freezer uses the cold air system to cool, just like installing an air conditioner in the freezer, the cold flow is pervasive, and the temperature in the freezer is stable and uniform. The direct cooling freezer relies on natural convection direct cooling, just like putting a piece of ice in the freezer. The food close to the evaporator will be very cold, and some places far away from the evaporator will easily form a freezing dead corner, causing the food to deteriorate.
04 Accurate temperature
The freezer relies on the thermostat to control the refrigeration temperature. The temperature of the frost-free freezer is uniform, and the electronic temperature control board controls the temperature, and the temperature is very accurate. However, due to the existence of freezing dead corners in direct cooling freezers, the temperature at the temperature control point is often several degrees different from the actual temperature, which affects the preservation quality of food.
